Channeled Message from the Guides for December 2024

Normally I try to make these channelings about the coins and the financial markets so we know what we should be doing next, but I had a lot of other questions and when I meditated in preparation for this channeling the very strong message came through that I need to focus on what we all need to do in order to stay heathy and strong on all levels, starting with the physical.
